Our Safety Policies

The safety and well-being of our team and stakeholders is our priority. We are fully committed to fostering and promoting a zero-harm safety culture. We encourage all employees, contractors, suppliers, clients to take safety seriously through the enforcement of our Safety Policies. We all have an obligation to ensure each and every person is taking care of themselves and those around them.

The Green Guys Group recognises that all employees, contractors, clients and visitors shall be provided with a safe and healthy work environment. We understand that occupational health and safety is an important part of how we conduct our business and is imperative to our ongoing success.

Our management is committed to and proactively supports programs to eliminate and prevent workplace injuries and illness. Training will be provided to personnel in safety and health requirements and standards that must be met at The Green Guys Group. Safety at work is both an individual and shared responsibility of management, employees, contractors, clients and visitors.

At the end of the induction, contractors will be required to upload a job-specific safe work method statement (SWMS) addressing all work being undertaken. This is a mandatory upload field and they must provide a SWMS or Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before starting any installation work.
