BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Permanent Full-time

Location: Sydney/Melbourne

Department: Sales & Marketing

Your remit:

With your established network you will be delivering our solution to key decision makers in the commercial and industrial sectors.   You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly tailoring our energy solutions to meet customer needs.

What we’re looking for:

You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s needs along with their unique situation and challenges. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others across the group.

You need to have:

• 6+ years of relevant work experience

• A track record of strategic and consultative sales at senior executive level

• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Experience in selling technical solutions

• Well-developed presentation and problem-solving skills to help solve customer issues and position new ideas

• Ability to persuade and negotiate in order to create desired outcomes

• An innovative mindset to structure solutions both technically and commercially

• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel interstate
