LED Lighting Upgrade for Golf Resort
The Sands Torquay golf offers a premium golf resort accommodation experience located just over one hour from Melbourne. The 76-hectare resort includes an 18-hole championship golf course designed by PGA Tour winner Stuart Appleby plus 112 guest rooms.
PROJECT GOALS
The Resort wanted to reduce the energy bills, maintenance costs and enhance the interiors.
OUR SOLUTION
The LED lighting solution delivered lucrative reduced energy bills whilst improving its interior to an aesthetically pleasing, modern appearance. The Resort received over $90,000 in government subsidies to make the energy-efficient switch. The project team worked within the perplexities of the Resort’s operations and successfully delivered the project within the specified timeframes with minimal disruptions.
